It includes two parts: the dewdrop and the petal. The dewdrop is a hollow sphere with shiny and reflective surface. It can reflect clearly the surrounding. The meaning of reflection is the union or united, it is part of the country name. It also celebrates and welcomes tourist and visitors during cherry blossom season. When the viewers move along the Tidal Basin pathway, they can view not only the sight in front of them but the reflection of the sight behind them. By looking at the Dewdrop, the viewer can see whole view around them without turning. The petal is compact tube with mate surface. It demonstrates the cherry flower petals.
